Developed for its adaptability, this variety matures early and thrives in a range of climates. Its ideal for northern climates as it produces very early. Start Indoors: Sow seeds 4-6 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors when seedlings are robust.
Transplant: Space plants 18-24 inches apart in well-drained, fertile soil.
Sunlight & Temperature: Prefers full sun and cooler temperatures for premier development.
Watering: Keep soil consistently moist to prevent heads from becoming bitter.
Blanching: When heads reach 2-3 inches, tie outer leaves over them to maintain their white color.
