This is a early 2k bell chime for outdoor and indoor use. It is new and has never been put on a wall, it only sat in storage so it’s collected dust and dirt on it. It’s is a solid black color with brush metallic brass gold color on it. It’s adorable and would be great in a country, traditional or farmhouse styled home or garden.
