【HISTORIC DESIGN】The Historical based design of the WWI Battle Beads combat military style rosary is inspired by the vintage 1916 WWI service combat rosary. The vintage rosaries were handed out to soldiers, sailors, and flying aces in the World War I era over 100 years ago. Our rosaries highly closely reproduce the historical rosary design. It is gorgeous yet made to withstand the harsh environments of war.
【CRAFTSMANSHIP】These WWI Battle Beads are the original rosaries handmade by the Rugged Rosaries’ artisans in our Texas studio since 2012. We use brass ball chains with silver patina. They are tough, non-magnetic, non-corrosive, and weighty. The Our Father beads are slightly larger to aid your meditative prayer. The beads glide smoothly through your fingers.
【SIZE】The overall length of these rosaries is 21.5 inches. They can be worn, but also bunch up nicely to carry in your pocket as these beads don’t kink, or tangle up, like ordinary jewelry style rosaries. The stunning traditional Catholic crucifix is of the highest quality and has fabulous detail and is 2.25 inches tall. The Our Lady Miraculous Center Medal is 1 inch.
