must-have ! Please Read, i was left with a false and lying review. i simply want to clear it.



i recently got a review from a seller. They claimed i threatened them which is not true. i bough a Beauty and the Beast 30th anniversary platinum Limited Edition Dolls. they came damaged and had marker marks on the plastic. i contacted them because mercari said to see if they would do a partial refund. i have the screen shot of mercari saying that. so i did. she wouldnt. i tried other ways to obtain them to work with me cause of the damages. they said they refuse to do anything because they already agreed to charging $15 less than asking price.
they said they refuse to give full refund and if i send it to them with that damage then its not how they sent it and therefore wont qualify for a refund. so because of that i didnt send it back in fear of not being refunded. i not once made any threats. i did as mercari told me. that review is defamation of my character. i would never and have never threatened anyone. i respect everyone i have bought and sold too. i will continue to show respect.
