This is a Licca-chan House toy. It's relatively clean as it hasn't been used much, but please understand that it has been used by a child, so there is some wear and tear.I've checked the accessories, and I believe most of them are present, but there might be some missing paper parts.It comes with the Dad and Mom dolls.The batteries are in the intercom, so it can be used right away.I will ship it in the original box. superb for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
