10 Damson Blue Plum Fruit Tree Unrooted Organic Cuttings for Propagation Prunus
This listing is for ten 4-6 live unrooted cuttings from new growth of Damson blue plum tree.. I am in zone 8b and it grows very well here and produces lots of fruit. Cuttings will be cut fresh upon order.How long it takes for cuttings of this plant to root: 1-2 monthsSpring/summer - cuttings will have top leaves that may fall during the rooting processAutumn/winter - cuttings will not have leaves because they are dormantCuttings can be propagated any time of year with the following process:Re-cut the bottom of the stem w/clean scissorsOptional: Dip the cut end into rooting powder (this will give you a better chance at successfully rooting the cutting, but is not necessary)Plant the cutting into a container of potting soil to cover at least 2 bottom nodes (nodes are the protruding areas where leaves were stripped).
