This “Rose Bag” is a vintage Okura Toy from Japan and is new. The top of the bag says “Rose Bag” in Japanese and it measures approximately 8” x 4.5” x 4.5”, not including the double handles. Inside there are multiple clear pockets and there is some very slight discoloration due to age, but overall it is in very good condition, super cute!
