This is an unused, exquisite kimono fabric kept in pristine condition. It was obtained from a kimono shop owner. It's a stunning komon (small-patterned kimono) fabric with a deep richness achieved through a special multiple-gradation dyeing technique (tajūbokashi). It's a signed work by Kyoto dyeing artist, Riki Sōun. The condition is excellent.Approximately 12 meters in length and 37 cm in width.
