Item is sealed in plastic. Never used. Accidentally purchased two from Amazon and cannot return it. I get the same amount out of these as I do my Spectra S1. Pretty quiet. Easy to clean. You can control through the app or with the buttons on the pump. Automatically shuts off after 30 minutes. I haven’t had any issues with it spilling but there is a hole at the top so I don’t bend over with them on. Wireless. No tubes. Easy to use. Very comfortable. Originally $169 + tax.
