This RL Stine book is the first in a series I believe of three. The series is about a set of twins who moved to a place called Sears Street and they get scared and scary things happen to them. This book isn't really excellent shape, no rips bends tears all of the pages are in like new pristine condition, even the cover. The inside page, pictured, says copyright 1994 but that this is first Simon pulse edition June 2002.
